

Mel is a regional creative leader with over 12 years of experience across FMCG, financial services, food, beauty, retail, and government sectors in Southeast Asia. She has produced culturally resonant work for brands like Mastercard, L'Oréal, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Jollibee, Nestlé, HSBC, Manulife, Nivea, Johnson & Johnson and the Singapore Health Promotion Board.
She began her career in the Philippines as an Art Director at McCann Worldgroup and VML Manila, where strong strategy, cultural insight, and craft shaped her foundation. She later took on a regional role in Singapore, leading work across multiple APAC markets,
and was selected as Singapore’s representative to the 2024 Creative LIAisons program in Las Vegas.
Mel builds bold, insight-led ideas grounded in cultural truth, balancing business ambition with aesthetic precision
to create work that drives impact.
At heart, she remains a frustrated singer, a self-taught painter, and a devoted iced coffee drinker.
