A regional creative turning brave ideas
into meaningful change. Or at least trying to.
Mel is a regional, art-based creative with over 12 years of experience creating culturally resonant work across Southeast Asia for brands including Mastercard, L'Oréal, Jollibee, Nestlé,
and the Singapore Health Promotion Board.
Early in her career, she wrote one of the Philippines’ most viral ads and was named one of Asia’s Top 100 Hottest Creatives in 2020. Along the way, she has taken part in programs championing creative women across VML, McCann, and Publicis, and was selected among McCann APAC’s young female creatives to take part in its regional Creative Council. In 2024, she represented Singapore at Creative LIAisons in Las Vegas.
Her approach is simple: Creative bravery. Meaningful impact.
She believes in bold ideas rooted in human truth, thoughtful craft, and work that leaves something meaningful behind.
Her curiosity for creativity goes beyond advertising. She studies therapeutic art, paints in her spare time,
remains a frustrated singer, and rarely says no to an iced coffee.
